"Two things I don’t appreciate: disrespect and poor communication. I don’t believe in lying. I messaged this company two weeks before the 28th of June requesting a change to my 6 month premium. This year they increased the rate with no increased coverage. You had two weeks. Two business weeks go by and no response. Using profanity towards me because I canceled is even wilder. Take accountability and do better. Their agent messaged my personal and this is what was said to me at 9:15PM If you’re going to treat me like that over my experience how do you treat others?"

I’ve spoke with Melinda the most and she has went above and beyond to help me and figure out what I need! Even, just good advice of what to do. Melinda is always in good spirits and is always willing to go the extra mile for you! Also, they do have a couple of Jake’s that work there and you can ask them if they are wearing Khakis.
