"This State Farm office has taken exceptional care of me for years!! I tend to be a little “scattered” often needing assistance on silly things while also handling some major issues (not on their end, on my end). They’re very friendly, consistently and very understanding when it comes to my busy life and my need for help paying with multiple accounts I tend to shuffle between paying my bill. I never feel judged or under-appreciated. I truly feel like their mission is to serve my needs as a client, and they do so with a smile. Even though we’re on the phone, I know they’re smiling, as they’re always laughing along with me while I’m sorting through my mess hanging on for dear life. Lol “Thank you, Paige, with State Farm!” ;) and the rest of the office you work with (sry, I can’t remember everyone’s name)."
